INDOOR

Spacious, elegant, and truly breathtaking, the indoor space provides flexible design options in a remarkable setting with floor-to-ceiling windows with expansive water views. Large enough to accommodate up to 299 guests, the space has ample room for a dance floor, cake table, and more.

OUTDOOR

As one of the only freestanding venues in New Orleans directly on the water, The Lakehouse offers 8,000 square feet of water views. Perfect for sunset wedding ceremonies, cocktail hour, dancing, and more. Our outdoor area can seat 299 guests

CONDO

The condo can host up to 75 guests and is fully equipped to cater smaller cocktail events, rehearsal dinner, or showers. Consider staying for the night or two with your loved ones and make it a truly memorable experience for everyone involved.

  • We welcome tours by appointment only and typically schedule during the times listed below. Unfortunately, we are unable to tour on weekends due to our event schedule. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Fridays 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

  • Total Event Space:

    • Indoor: 7,000 sq. ft.

    • Outdoor: 8,000 sq. ft.

    Guest Capacity:

    • Cocktail Style and Seated Dinner: Up to 299 guests

    Overnight Accommodations:

    • 5 beds for up to 10 guests

  • High-End Furniture from Crate & Barrel and West Elm:

    • 2 x 82” rectangular tables with 20 soft seating chairs

    • 4 x 60” round tables with 50 white chairs

    • 4 x 30” high-top tables with 12 barstools

    • 1 sofa, 1 coffee and 4 accent chairs

    • 4 sets of outdoor furniture to seat 20 guests

  • Open flame candles are permitted. We ask that nothing is applied to the walls or buildings. We do not allow loose confetti, glitter, or flower petals to be used on the property. All decor items must be set up and taken down during your rental timeframe.

  • The venue is available for load-in 4 hours prior to the event and for load-out 1 hour after the event. Additional time may be requested, subject to approval and availability.

  • There is a parking lot across the street. Taxis and Ubers are also a great option. We also highly recommend securing a valet service.

  • To reserve your date, a 25% deposit of the total amount is required. An additional 25% is due 90 days before the event, with the remaining 50% payable 30 days prior to the event.
